I met with Alaina's teacher last Thursday for a variety of reasons. Over the course of our talk, he told me how much he enjoyed Alaina. That she participated frequently, was well behaved, and a "dream" to have in class. Words to make a mama's heart melt! In fact, he told me, he'd chosen her to be the "Fish Winner" of the week. Each week a student is chosen to be added to the "fish tank" (a big piece of blue butcher paper) that he and another teacher are sharing. The winner gets to visit the treasure box and bring something home with them. Alaina chose Mad Libs. That little yellow fish is Alaina's .. . . I didn't get up there to take a picture until this morning and the other teacher had already added her second fish winner to the board.

It's good to know that your kid was caught for good behavior.
